Bad day for my Civic

This morning when I went to school I parked my civic in the parking garage. When I came back from class my entire rear bumper was smashed. Of course there was no note on my car and there was no car parked next to me. I was so pissed off.

I went to the security department and of course the on campus police officer told me that, he couldn’t help me because there are no cameras in the parking garage. He told me the best he could do was fill out a report.

My rear bumper is misaligned and most of the paint came off. I went to a body shop and they told me it would be 375.00 to repair. I thought that was fair, of course being that I don't have any knowledge of what something like that should cost. Do you guys know of any body shop in Miami FL that does quality work? Please let me know if you do.. The guys that gave me a quote was Acutech they are supposed to be really good.

Thats what I'm afraid of the most. I'm going to college this year and worried about what will happen to my car outside of the garage. Do you have any pics of the damage? Can you find broken glass or any paint transfer? You should start looking around for other damaged cars.

I'll take a pic of my car's damage and post it..its raining hard outside right now so I'm going to wait till it dies down. There was no paint transfer and no broken glass. I am so frustrated with the whole thing how can a campus not have security cameras and how come people are so damn dishonest. Leaving a ding on a car and leaving is one thing but smashing the shi* out of someone’s car and leaving the scene is just wrong..

thats why I always park in the garage furthest away, the emptiest floor, and way in a corner, where no one would come near me.

College kids don't know how to drive. Next time park your car the furthest spot or where not many ppl park. Do u happened to go to FIU?
