Wow, yeah, they certainly do not fit the Home Depot mold; know nothing about anything in the store, don't ask people if they need help and stand around while customers wait in long lines. These guys actually cared, not Home Depot material...

Yep, they should go to Lowes. I actually get employees that are (generally) helpful and (often) have a clue about what they sell. Amazing.

that's baffling that a company would shun their employees from preventing profit loss...

tomorrow let's all try something new, let's all steel shit from work and see how that goes... only if you work for home depot. jk

I'm just imagining all the stuff I could get from Home Depot now. Man I could remodel every room in my house for free! Who would've thought?

Lessons learned:
1. Home Depot treats its employees like crap.
2. Time to swipe a riding mower since Homw Depot condones shoplifting!

Woohoo!! And to think all the thousands I've spent there couldn've been free with a five finger discount....

Maybe you should got to Home Crappot now. Apparently, you'd be able to get stuff for a lot cheaper.

its a liability. you cant have the "regular" employees tackling suspects. thats what loss prevention is for. im sorry but i agree with it. perhaps firing was harsh, but its a liability. if the person was not shoplifting lets say, and were injured, this could be a huge lawsuit.
