Working at a car dealership
Well I'm 18 right now and I'm sick of my job (best buy). They treat you like crap here, we have meetings at 7 in the AM for no reason quite often. The only reason I stay there right now is their ridiculously amazing discount, but I pretty much have everything I need right now.
I figure since my passion is cars, I might as well try and find a job at a dealership. I'm just trying to think of what jobs I could do there? One of my friends suggested washing cars.. but that's not really what I'd be interested in, and none of the dealers around here have car washes. Any ideas? I know I'm not gonna be a car salesman since I'm young and have 0 experience in commission-based sales. |

I know some dealers around here hire people to take out customers to lunch & stuff while their car is getting worked on.
Theres also cashier for the parts department. Wash cars. Fix cars. Not sure what else. Try contacting different dealers & see what types of jobs they have available. |

But yeah! The best thing to do for you is to go to school. Then you could go work at the corporate office for Best Buy & screw your old managers over! You're pretty close to the corporate offices! Hahaha! (^o^ ) |

If you think that you would be good at sales go for it man. I started working at a gm dealership in sales right out of school (18) and I was 4th in the dealership! I took a year or so off and went to the honda dealership (different city) and now I have been there a year and I am consistantly top four, currently Im 2nd in the dealership for sales! Follow your heart, if you think you can, then you can!
