Just like any program, once you have your 'group' you will always run into one or two slackers that try to ride off of the group. Find them and remove them quickly. They are a drag on the group dynamic, and are often the hardest to get scheduled around for your out of class meetings.

If you are working then UoP can be very good in helping you move to that MBA, or other Masters-level degree. It is a LOT of work as the schedules are VERY short, but you get your degree quite fast.
It seems like I would enjoy it... and I can still work which is great... im definitely debating it now.

University of Texas @ Arlington, BS (bullshit) in MIS. I remember it like it was yesterday. I took my last exam for my last class at night. I was the 2nd one to finish the exam. As soon as I shut the door to the class I took about 2 steps and yelled as loud as I could "woooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!"
Later I was told by a classmate that the prof. said "What was that?" He said "oh that was XXXXX, this was his last exam for his degree, he's done." Never been so relieved in my life. 2 degrees (AS and BS) took me 5 years, round the clock (full summer schedule also) to complete all while working full time. I haven't set foot on campus since nor driven by it nor anything by it since. If I never see that place again it will be too ******* soon.
