They won't get equal value for Kobe. What they need is a solid big man and some perimeter shooters that can defend. In other words, they are a long way off...

no way we are getting kg, and giving up odom and bynum may not be the smartest move to bring in j. oneal ,
i say we give kwame brown and both 2nd round picks and maybe first round pick and bring in marcus camby. if they do that and the oneal trade then your starting five is

farmar
kb24
walton
oneal
camby

I'll give you Yao Ming, Luther Head and Shane Battier for Kobe to come to the Rockets to play with McGrady.

I know this is an impossible scenario, but would you trade Kobe for LeBron?

no way cavs are letting lebron go ever, what the lakes need is a number 2 option, lamar odom is a GREAT roleplayer and has the potential to get a triple double any night, but he is not good enough at any one thing to impact a game like all of the superstars out there. i would like to see odom stay on the team and bring in a #2 option or at least a point gaurd with a good understanding of the game to facilitate for the rest of the talent on this team

In a fan's point of view, he's fun to watch... spectacular moves and stuff... but I feel sorry for his teammates. Sometimes they don't get to touch the ball for a few possessions. No one would want kobe unless he decides to play with a TEAM imo.
