Honestly whatever you can get, but if they have an In & Out in your area apply there, they start at like $10/hr. My $0.02.

Pizza Hut, doing what? Waiter or Delivery is going to give you tips... WAY better money... and Wendy's just sucks period. I would never work in fast food.

I'm not too picky about jobs right now...I really want one!!!

If i worked at Pizza hut they will get you to make pizza, wash dishes, take orders, and sweep/mop.

In Wendys you prolly do orders and mop/sweep and clean the john >.<

But whatever the rep has to do with fast food, I say it's all in the head!!!

Besides most high-school-jobs give pretty much more or less the same pay. Unless you're doing something involving tips.

you have to start off somewhere. go with who ever gives you a job first. then when you have experience you can move on to a better job.

if you have a Starbucks or a Quiktrip nearby, i suggest working there. they pay very well and supposedly also offer alot of benefits to their employees. they are some of the higher ranking companies in Forbes Top 100 companies to work for. So if you are looking for good pay and benefits i suggest looking up the list to see what companies on there that you may be able to work for.
-Good luck

I always thought fast food sucked. I worked at McD's and had shitty hours. I found a job at a local drug store that payed more and had insurance. I'm sure you won't find ins anymore but you never know. plus working the drug store they always closed at 10 and I was out of there to hang with friends. fast food they don't close till later and that sucked. got stuck washing dishes and clean up. very nasty.

yeah I think Wendy's will have bad hours too, but it doesn't matter cuz school's over in like 3 days and I got the whole summer to work for $$...this is my first job BTW...

I hustle Korean tutoring. Pretty easy money considering I sit down and yell at them about geometry. Some of them just don't understand...

but if you don't mind driving, I heard from my friends who actually do work at pizza hut that they get a LOT of money from delivery.

Whatever pays better, and is closer to home. Closer to home will save gas money and racking up miles on your car

Apply at some call centers near your area...they tend to start out paying well and you have more opportunities to possibly move up depending on how big the company is...

^^^ yeah don't do that... I worked at a call center doing tech support for TiVo... Awesome product, terrible job. True, call centers pay decently for a highschool student... like $13 per hour, but the stress will kill you. Go deliver for dominos if you're old enough. Around $15 per hour with tips.
