I sell Hondas. 99.9% of places you dont get a salary. Its straight commission.

I used to sell, I still work at the dealership. Some places will give you a salary for the first couple of months, but then it is just strate commision + bonuses.

every dealership around here has a salary. all the Balise dealers (around 22 of them) have a 300/week plus 20% commission. Im unsure about the Lia dealers. Curry (where i worked) which is based out of NY but has a Honda/Subaru here in mass had a 150/week commission. the new GM cut that, but once you reach a year of employment you get a 200/week salary. plus then obv all the bonuses and stuff after that
15 cars in a month, 1000 bonus
20 cars, 2000 bonus
20 car avg for 3 months straight, dealer demo, or 300 dollar allowance.
blah blah blah blah
