Most all of you do have a point. And most girls do love the attention.. but its like.. this is a car forum, not a love chat, so why try to meet guys here? Sure it would be nice to meet someone who likes cars too.. but uhh.. idk.. I just think its a *little* lame. But as far as it goes.. if I were a girl and someone reffered to me as "he" then I would get mad just as if someone reffered to OP as a girl as he has according to his "sorry for the confusion", he knows how it feels. I dont believe this is worth discussing, but I'm sure it will last several pages long (I'd say about 400+ posts :].. but uhh.. I dont think I'll really check back here as I know my stance on this situation and that, 1) you cant stop it, and 2) who cares, if you belive a girl is being childish, your best reaction would be to ignore her and not create a thread about the situation. :]

I've noticed that too on some football boards I go on. Like I have met "brownsgirl" and "brownsbabe" and the only thing I can think of it's b/c if you think of things like sports and cars it is dominated by males so they want to stand out.

Well you said one thing I agree with. So I give you credit there. If I'm driving 10 hours away from where ever I'm at to meet someone, it's a bunch of someones at a meet or I'm headed that way anyway. I love cars. I'm obsessed with them and I love meeting people who like them as much as me. I travel alot, so I get the priviledge of meeting new people and seeing new ideas. I love it. I couldn't be happier. But anyway, let me fill you in on me since you became part of this site after I got deployed and wasn't on as much. I've used atruhondagrl on boards for almost 5 years now. It started as a joke with some buddies a while back. The name just stuck and was the easier just to stick with it. I'm not a girl anymore, I'm over 30 and I'm married. You're right. I'm not that hot. Its okay to make your sex be known on a forum. Its also okay to have any kind of member name that you want as long as its not explicit or vulgar. Some girls do E-Flirt and enjoy it and some guys enjoy it as well. I am guily of doing it before however that is not why i am here. There are others that live for it however I am here to read and post. (maybe make a friend) If a girl wants to flirt via internet or real lyfe my natural reactions are to flirt back.
