I hate Constructions

I hate construcitons! Here were I live the drive from Brownville Texas to McAllen which is only 45 minutes apart consist of highway constructions for miles and miles. Whats worst the construction workers decide to operate their heavy machinery during rush hours. Rocks are falling from the site and there are debris everywhere. I had to drive to mcallen this morning which is usually take 45 minutes but because of this awesome construction it took me 1 and 15 minutes. I arrived at my destination pissed and late. I recievied a beautiful rock chip on my windshield and a massive paint chip on my front bumper which I hope the HFP kit will cover

Just decided to vent

They are building a highway exit about a minute from my house

Its been going on for about 9 months now, and I just drive around it so I don't have to deal with all the garbage.

Tell me a about it, I287 in Westchester (White Plains) sux. Over the past 18 years of making the trip to Stamford CT, I can't remember a point in time when they were not doing some form of road construction. You name it, pot holes/ruts that form with hours, rocks, jersey barriers and crazy lane shift, etc. I'm glad that I did not go for the HFP suspension because every 50' you hit an rut that runs across the entire lane the size of a large speed bump.

If it was not for the crazy price of gas I'd drive my truck or my Crown Vic (P-71......Interceptor) with the curb/railroad bed jumping suspension.

^^yup. anywhere in ny near the city is constant construction. i feel like they never completely finish a project and the orange cones are permanantly on the side of the raod.

In o-canada, we have 2 seasons: Winter and Construction :)

on a similar construction related note... it took me 1 1/2 hours to go about 18 miles at rush hour the other day. 3 lanes funnel to 1, it really wouldn't take so damn long if those selfish douches would just let others in. oh, and those bitches that drive a mile on the shoulder because they will (eventually) exit can go right to hell. this is where owning an ipod pays off!
