I love em because it's a nice way to travel quickly. Its nice to have a quick car that you can customize any way you want to express yourself. It's a nice way to settle disputes as well.

I love cars because of the feel of hugging the pavement while traveling the back roads to see the sights you wouldn't see in one day walking. I love the sound of the engine reving and the pull you get on a take off.

My inspiration, from when i was a little tike, was my grandfather's '70 Chevelle SS w/ a 454. To this day i still dream about that car.
Then it spurred out to imports, euros, trucks, and anything else that has wheels.

i like cars because they are always there for you, they dont bit*h at you. and they never leave you for anyone else. unless you want them to.

I love cars because there something anybody can see. Sure, if you have a nice house people will admire it. But a car you can take out on the street, and watch heads turn. You always feel a sence of pride when somebody is checking out your car.

Plus there fast and loud!

I've always loved cars. There are pictures of me at 2 years old with a toy car in my hand. I got my license the day I was able to, and I've been fortunate enough to grow up in the muscle car era, so I enjoyed some of that.

Cars can be rolling artwork, and people who aren't necessarily interested in cars that much can still appreciate a nice one when they see it.

They are part of the American heritage, and are capable of bringing people from all walks of life together at one common point - just like this forum.

What's not to like. A car is one of the best representations of freedom. As everyone knows, freedom should be fast. For me it was a Championship White EK Hatch with a B18 in it, I saw and heard that car when I was about 15 and I have been hooked ever since. It's also a great way to bond with friends. Most of my friends are into cars, which pisses off the few that aren't. This saturday we were busy putting a 88 13B turbo into a 87 non turbo rx7...what's not fun/awesome about that?!
