Insects - here they come

Well, now that the weather is warming, our six legged friends are out and about. Here's what my car (that was spotless before) looks like after 800 miles crossing Pennsylvania into Ohio and back into the Philadelphia area.

I found that soaking towels in hot water and laying them over sections at a time before scrubbing with a sponge and soap worked well. I try to avoid tar/bug remover.

Florida is insane for bugs. I remember driving there once during "love-bug" season. What a mess!

I saw like 1,000 of those things the other day just walking out of my apartment door.

I always have to take these dark ass roads that lead up to the newer neighbourhoods in town. I do this a few times a week, so I'm guaranteed to have a nice looking front end when I get home.
