Basketball Just Mark Cuban. Owners shouldn't be seen or heard. Shut up about the refs already. I'm not big On David Stern though either. I am a Lakers fan and not big on Kobe though. They need to make some moves.

So far the most hated teams in the NBA (from this thread) Are:

Spurs - 6
Mavs - 6
and Lakers - 5
I don't know if I should take some strikes off of the Mavs and just add Mark Cuban or not.. but I'll leave it at that.

I still think that Mark Cuban is an awesome owner. He didn't buy the team just to make money, he bought the team because he was a huge mavs fan so of course he's going to be there at every game raising hell. When he's in the stands he's just like every other fan.. he just gets heard more than any other fan.
If someone gave you your favorite sports team, wouldn't you be there every game? I know I would. It may not be his place as an owner to be in the stands, but it's more his place than most of the people that show to home games for the mavs to be in the stands. A lot of those people are just on the Dirk bandwagon. At least he's a true fan.

I still don't understand the hate for Nash though.. He's a freakin awesome player, I respect the guy more than I do Dwayne Wade, Dirk, Tim Duncan, or even my favorite Josh Howard (list goes on and on)... that's for damn sure.

I have some basketball teams I don't like but still respect. I'm not a huge basketball fan these days, not like how it was in the 80's or 90's. Back then, I HATED the Celtics, Pistons, and Bulls. There were some great rivalries back then, now it's too Mickey Mouse.

Drik Nowitzki wins MVP this year over Nash. I guess it's hard to give it to someone 3 years in a row. It'll give Dirk something to be happy about this offseason.

New York Rangers. I've loathed the Rangers since junior highschool. I don't remember why I do other than the fact, I'm a die hard Philly fan even when we suck. Which is 80% of the time.

Isn't it ironic.. Dallas Cowboys are known as "Americas team" and yet most of America seems to hate them.

I really could give a **** less about football.. but when I watch it I root for the 'boys because that's hometown. My theory is, if you don't know much about the sport.. always root for hometown team.
