Yeah so ive seen a bunch of vids on you tube of kids smokin salvia, so it being 100% legal, i said why not try it..

it was after the boxing fight, i was a couple beers in and my friend brought his bong over, we tried 13x extract...i take on hit hold it in....and then boom...life exsistance seemed fake and i thought since i found out the secret the world was just gunna end, game over just like that...i really cant put this experience into words...except try this at your own risk and dont underestimate it.

Say bro, you think the 13x is bad? You should try getting some serious salvia. I'll never do it again, but the few times I did it was crazy. It felt like I was just doing back flips into oblivion and then all of a sudden I could hear this voice speaking another language.. I started focusing on it as hard as I could and then I figured out it was me speaking gibberish.. I then ran outside (around 30 degrees or so) and took off my shirt because I was burning up... I had slobber running down my face.

Getting high off of stuff like this will give you no control over your body, but stuff like pot is completely different. You have full control over your body and find a certain appreciation in things that you don't find sober. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but when I smoked pot I actually became a pretty damn decent guitarist because I was actually feeling the music instead of listening to it.. now I just play here and there and it's all gone downhill.

And just in case someone says "It only sounded good because you were high," I actually wrote songs and still play them and get props from people.. Pot is an amazing drug and you can control yourself completely under the influence of it, but on Salvia you lose all control and just go to a different world.. but it's legal.

You should try Hawaiian baby woodrose seeds bro.. it's a much more relaxed thing and you actually have control over everything, and it's still 100% legal. Just a heads up, scrape the entire shell off of the seeds before you take them or you will, I repeat, YOU WILL get very very sick.

Props for being free enough to try something new.. a lot of people don't have it in them.. not that there's anything wrong with that, it just takes a special breed.

wow, you guys are wierd, I've smoked salvia a bunch of times. Best I ever had was 10X, and all it did was get me kind of almost drunk feeling for literally about 60 seconds... waste of money.
But lets not be putting real weed and salvia in the same category. Real weed doesnt make people feel like what you guys are describing. You're still very much in control of what youre doing, thinking, and saying. Not like alcohol or real drugs at all. One day it'll be legal, sucks til then though

I used to grow it...I made 20x extract....I enjoy it myself...Most people I know though hate it...

Good grief. Maybe you should have read up a little (or a lot!) before just out of the blue deciding to take what is arguably the strongest psychoactive substance known to man!!

Salvia must be respected. It's not a "recreational high," nor do I think it's something you ought to take lightly, nor is it something you should do with any kinds of distractions.

I'm sure Salvia will be highly demonized in this thread. But moreso than virtually any other substance, Salvia is something you've got to be in the right set and setting for and something you need to know about before deciding to try it. It's like your buddy bringing over his R1 and asking you if you want to try it, even though you've never ridden any motorcycle and have no training and no riding gear and no respect and barely know how to shift or countersteer. Then you crash and break open your leg and scrape 40% of your skin off and blame the R1.

I have to blame your buddy here too... I would NEVER let anyone try Salvia unless I was fully satisfied that they understood several important points about it.

i know the feeling. some people never get there and just keep using; that goes for a lot of things. i think it means that your rational mind isn't everything. anything else to add?
