bad luck

well...the Si got totalled on the 2nd. which is 3 days ago. got into an accident on the highway. the thing that pissed me off is they were accusing me of racing somebody. i wasnt speeding or racing. i was going speed limit and the truck that was involved in the accident was going about 10 miles per hour slower then the speed limit. he was switching lanes while i was in his blind spot and try to avoid him and stomped on my breaks and lost control. i slid into the gaurd rail and bounced of it and slid into the highway divider and bounced off of that and ended up on the shoulder lane. because of the other guys dumb story, i got a reckless driving ticket and my liscence could be suspended.

i only had the car for about 2 months and its gone. im a little bummed out if you asked me. but im planning on getting a new Si.

They give him any tickets, failing to yield or something?
Yea that sucks, fight it and get his ass to pay for it.

I hate when retared tickets are given. Too may stupid cops out there these days. I understand they deal with bad drivers and retards all day long but sheesh

nope...the other guy didnt get nothing. to me, they believed the other guy because he looked like he was in his 50s or something. im only 20 years old. so im guessing cops just thinks im bsing when i told him my story and decided to believe the older guy's story.

i would fight it but i dont have a lawyer.

Then get one, especially if your license is on the line!

Sorry to hear about your accident though. Have the insurance co's determined who's fault it was? Sounds like it should be his but they probably blamed you if they gave you the ticket... I would seriously get revenge on that dude, but that's just the Italian in me
