8thgen Cribs - Phong [Lots of pictures!]

Since everyone was complimenting my house, I thought id make a thread for it. Please no comments like "your a spoiled rich boy that doesnt know how the real world is because your parent" That gets annoying after awile. So here we go! Enjoy!

This is my version of Cribs, 8thgen style! Haha

This here ladies and gentlemen is where I live. My parents are hard working people who earned this themselves. My mom and dad pretty much designed this house themselves. This court is for those who want to make there dream home a reality. Theres only gonna be 10 house here, maybe less. Its cool living here because its quiet and on both side are both my uncles.

My house -

6000 - 7000 sqft
5 bedrooms
6 bathrooms
Theatre room
3 car garage with a long driveway

The front

The backyard

The courtyard/ garage

The inside

Uncle's houses

As you can see, my court is still very empty

If you wanna see more of something let me know.

Thanks for dropping by!

way to many nice things to compliment on. Phenomenally gorgeous place!

Now the wrongs.
1. Dolphin's need to go.

Now onto the electronics (because that's what I do. Such a gorgeous house and whoever designed the systems must've worked at best buy. Sad!
1. Plasma over the fireplace. Sure it's good in concept but not comfortable for the height. Now that I see it's for TV viewing while in bed, it's too far away. Should've corner mounted one in the bedroom.
2. The speakers just sitting on the mantle? There's a dozen other ways to do audio and I doubt surround sound was necessary, let alone cheap ass small speakers on the mantle. Again, just noticed it's for the TV use but the rears are literally in the other room. Could've done a lot more if properly designed.
3. Projector room. WHY THE HELL is your screen so high up? Why is the velvet curtain BEHIND the screen? That's an interior designer who thinks he/she knows more than he/she does.
4. Why are the rears 124 ft above your head? Couldn't be more off if they were literally at the ceiling.

But hey, Polk LSi9 bookshelf speakers..... VERY nice. How do I know? Because I too own them for my theater. Great speakers.

It just saddens me to see a house worth soooo much and THAT'S the level of install the customer ends up with. Disgusting.

1. Dolphins are too much. Honestly, take those out and it'd look so much better
2. Way too close to the neighbouring houses. You have no property at all.
3. Why do people live right next to their extended family?! I love my family, but no thanks.
Nice house nonetheless.

Whatever, it sounds good! Haha. Im not a big fan of the dolphens myself. If I had a say in it, it would have never been there. And my dad and his brothers are very close so I cant really say anything about that too. My little cousins do get really annoying though. Haha

why is everyone hating on his dolphins haha. I really like them! They add a bit of wackiness to the house. If you've ever played the sims (which I think is the most boring game ever...i only play to design the houses) I'm sure you've gotten bored with just building a regular huge mansion so you put flamingos on the front lawn or those ridiculously huge statues in the hallway or something lol.

Probably because those aren't their actual houses. They rent 'em out just for the MTV show. Hasn't everyone seen the Dave Chappelle skit?
