so i work retail, and today one of the new guys who has been there for about two weeks started running his mouth! He had been telling me how he would take me in a boxing match! he said his dad was a martial arts instructor and he was a black belt and that he would take me in a minute etc etc. judging by his poor demeanor i knew it meant nothing. we are both about 6 ft he weighs about 160 lbs and i weigh about 185 and hit the gym at least three times a week. Anyway after we closed the store i talked my manager to letting us box in one of the aisles. he had 6 oz boxing gloves and we went at it! we were throwing seriious blows!

he never stood a chance i overpowered him like a pit bull vs. a chihahua! his face was swollen like a tomatoe! my fellow co-workers had to stop the fight three times before he tapped out! i kept my mouth shut and let my blows do the talking

All I gotta say is nice man! Everyone has been in a verbal altercation at work at wanted to beat someone's ass, but boxing is a more reasonable manner to do that. You could have used some heavier gloves to do less damage though

You're like these silly little kids that box outside of this Circuit City by my house, I watch them from my balcony...it's hilarious...they turn their music up really loud..and 2 little thug wannabe white boys with their iron on tattoo's and wife beaters duke it out...both of em about 130lbs. soaking wet...I sometimes feel like walking over and beating all their asses at the same time..
