Ostrich steaks are fantastic. I had lots when I was in Australia a few years back. Very tender and juicy, much like a very expensive marbled ribeye.

I like livermush. Most folks from other parts of the country are repulsed by it but it's pretty tasty. It's not as bad as the name suggests.

Chicken feet are delicious, but a tad greasy if you order it at a restaurant for dim sum. The bottom pic isn't duck tongue, they're duck feet. Not as flavourful as chicken feet.

I know a classmate from elementary school and he said that when he was a kid he enjoyed eating his own poop. I was like, how did it tasted? He said, he couldn't really remember because he was really small, but it tasted really salty. Yeah, I asked him what was the grossiest thing he tried eating. That was his answer.

Yeah, I can't think of anything super exotic I've eaten. Maybe some squid or something when I was like 13... not a huge exotic/gross fan.

Personally, I tried sushi once, it was raw tuna, or seared tuna, whatever it is...and it was absolutely disgusting...I actually just threw up a bit in my mouth thinking about it.

i've tried Black pudding (aka Blood Sausage) while i was in spain once. needless to say i needed several shots of tequila to get the taste out of my mouth.

i've also had Balut when i visited relatives in PI, and I wouldn't mind eating it again

lol, it's more than just an egg. it's a fertilized egg that has "aged" for about two weeks, then you boil it w/ the partial embryo inside. to eat it, you crack the top, add some rock salt, then "slurp" the soupy part out. then you crack the rest open and pop it in your mouth.

^ I think that's the nastiest thing I've heard. Duck embryo?

And for the folks that don't like sushi/raw fish - you're seriously missing out on one of life's greatest foods. Incredibly healthy and very tasty.
