We're going downhill, and unlike what a lot of people would like you to believe, it sure as hell ain't a lack of religion.

We had a bomb threat at the Univesrity of Minnesota in Minneapolis earlier this week, and now this..

I hate when people say this Nation, World, Country ect. is going downhill. You think this is the first time all this stuff is happening??? Seriously...look around the world. Take a reality check...it's been happening every day since the time of man, in different scopes of course. It's going to happen, it's not going to stop. It also gets on my nerves when people link natural disasters, storms, violent winters ect. on the end of the world coming. I could go on and on, but it really irrates me. The world is NOT going downhill, these are just stupid occurances that happen to take 99.9% of the medias attention. There are PLENTY of absolutely wonderful things happening around the nation and world. Economy's doing well, people ARE happy, stop being so negative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work with habitat for hummanity down on the gulf Coast and see beautiful smiles on people's faces every day when they get a brand new house to live in with affordable means. I just can't let myself belive this nation is "going" downhill when we have SO many great people doing things for other's. I will not let others ignorant acts speak for the rest of the country (ignorant acts, as in what has been on the news for the past week). I can't speak for everybody, but my life is great and I can't stand seeing people speak negatively about things that come along with a population of a few billion people in the world.

There was a bomb threat at my school yesterday. they searched the kid's house and found home made explosives...even explosives in tennis balls. it really pisses me off that this kind of stuff is happening.
