I play guitar... by far the best way to deal with stress and or being pissed off

I am bipolar (mildly) so I get mad over stupid shit often, but guitar is the one thing that always calms me down and gets me back to normal

Drink some alcohol, take a nice spirited drive (of course not after I've drank!) or talk it out with a friend. I usually don't let things haunt me too much, not worth drowning over.

When I get pissed off...I always think... "Well, it's better to be pissed off, then pissed on"...then I feel better..

But on a serious note..I was pissed off like 45 mins. ago...I got beat by the 2 biggest douche bags at the pool hall in a tournament..and I went outside and just peeled out really loud as I left...and I felt much better afterwards.. :)

dribbling a basketball around is really therapeutic to me. I just kinda zone out when I'm doing it and don't think....best sport in the world :)
