Graphic request to change/add vtec smiley

I was looking at the

(vtec) smiley earlier and thought that it needed improvement. I'd really like to add an ivtec smiley that had the flashing red indicator like the current i-vtec. It might not be exactly that but something clever and along those lines. (at least something to do with it) The problem is that I'm just not very talented with animations and graphical work.

I'm obviously bored...

thoughts? Can anyone do this?
