a distraction ticket like that hold about a $800 dollar fine from my department.

Not trying to be a smartass, but would you still be able to right a ticket if they were say amber, like running lights. I see rigs all the time with so many damn lights it looks like a christmas tree. Is that illegal? or what about those really awesome valve caps that light up when in motion?

if they were amber..... maybe. but theyd have to be solid amber, no blinking unless turning.

the vavle stem caps ARE illegal. and if they are blue, it can be considered impersinating a police officer and a felony. ouch

I agree, but one could, in theory, paint a huge (place whatever pic or slogan here) all over the side of their lame ass SUV and that's just as distracting...
