need help on a quick survey for school

my prof. is making us do a short survey, so here is the question: Have you taken a martial arts class? If so, what style? When did you start learning? Are you still practicing? What is your gender?

kung fu 3 years. taekwondo 1.5 years. judo .5 years. karate 1 year. boxing 1 year. capoera 1 month lol... i started hmm maybe when i was 15 and im 25 so about 10 years but more like 7 off and on... male.

Brazilian Ju Jitsu for 7 years and Muay Thai for 6 years. Also some police academy stuff. 21yo. no longer practice(no time) stated when i was 12. did bjj for a year then started muay thai and did both at the same time.. im a male

We'll do some MMA (mixed martial arts) sparing with friends, etc. every so often at parks nearby. Not class-type training....more freestyle.
