how does this work...i have bought something and it hasn't been sent and my money hasn't cleared but i need to back out of this... how does all of this work? can it be done

the seller needs to refund the money or he needs to contact PayPal to let them know the transaction needs to be canceled. You should also contact PP to let them know.

yes i got some lights from coach2fast and their inbox is full.
it hasn't cleared yet,but something has come up and i am going to need my money back.do you think this is goig to be a problem

You're trying to cancel the purchase before he's sent the lights, or you haven't received lights that you've purchased? Can you message me with more details?
