Kobe is a scorer, but he is not an all around player. He doesn't spread the wealth to make the team better. He needs to watch some Jordan’s videos. He is a scorer, defender and he knows how to make others play better too.
My conclusion- Steve Nash is the MVP again. He is an all around player. He makes the team and everyone around him better. He scores when he is calls upon..! |

Kobe is without a doubt the single best player in the NBA-MVP trophy or not. He is a natural and there is nothing that he can't do.
He has scored 175 point in three(!) games and now joins, Wilt, Mike and Baylor as part of that very exclusive club. The rest of his team sucks. Like Jordan, Kobe is a shooting guard so it's no coincidence that his team wins when he doesn't pass the ball as much. He's not a point guard like Nash or Kidd. Jordan was good too but he was a stronger and more physical player, which is why he matched up so well against the Knicks. Kobe is not very physical, but he is incredibly quick and elusive. He makes teams look very slowwwww. Although his off-court judgment can be questioned,-his on-court decision making abilities are second to none.
