I'm 26 and still have a baby fat face. I may have to actually look into some of this stuff.

If you're asking specific ways to get rid of only face fat, there aren't any. You'd just need to lose weight in general. Fortunately the general trend is that you lose fat from top down, so face fat goes away pretty quick once you start losing weight.
Three things you should do: 1) Gain muscles. The body burns fat to maintain muscles. More muscles you have, the more your body burns fat without even doing anything. 2) Increase your metabolism. Eat less at once and more frequently. If you don't eat breakfast, start. Eat lighter lunches with snacks. Don't eat a lot before going to bed. Lunch and breakfast can be heavier meals, but dinner should be the lightest, ideally. Also, curb eating fatty foods. Don't need to switch to granola and oatmeal, just eat foods in moderation. My general rule is I eat 80% of what I want to eat. Keeps calorie intake down. 3) Aerobic exercises to burn calories. Treadmill, running, walking, whatever you can do. |

First off, I just have to do this... it's "lose" not "loose".
Second, I also think your goal of 5-10lbs in two weeks seems a little unattainable. Honestly, why does it have to happen so fast? I mean theoretically it probably could, but I think that goal is pushing it and you'd have to make major changes to your diet/exercising. Third, everyone on here is going to have a different suggestion. Perhaps it's best to do some research and find a plan that will work best for you that you can stick to that definitely encompasses a better diet, exercise, and raising your metabolism (ie total lifestyle change from the sounds of it). Good luck Building muscle will help you lose the fat |

Just keep makin faces in the mirror. It will build muscle in your head area, which burns calories faster. This process is accelerated if you reduce your intake and maximize your exhaust.
Forreal though. You should eat breakfast everyday. It's very important that you keep a consistent eating schedule. That way, your body burns the calories more efficiently. I recommend some yogurt or oatmeal in teh morning. Something that should hold you over until lunch. And try to do some cardio. Intervals are good because your body doesn't get used to the constant speed (as compared to jogging). When your body gets used to the speed, it begins to be efficient in burning. You don't want that when you're exercising. Esp if you wanna lose weight. By jogging and then randomly sprinting for a good minute or so, you throw the body out of wack so it dips into reserve calories. Also, I've read that 'shocking' your system is effective, too. Pretty much you eat healthy for a week or a bunch of days. And then you pick one day and pig out and eat whatever you want. This throws the body out of wack when it comes to storing energy. So it kicks the body into high metabolic rate the few days after and you just get THAT much more out of your workout. And of course, it's a mental thing, so you have something to look forward to and you don't think that your diet is a drag. Erm. Hope that helps. Some people may disagree with what I have to say. I can't say that I'm living proof that it works. My body weight hasn't budged from the 165-170 range in the last few years, but I've only recently started this type of plan. Good luck! Oh and make sure you drink a lot of water. It helps you digest and sorta makes you not feel hungry. But don't drink TOO much because you can die from pH imbalance. Disclaimer: If you die, lose limbs, or get injured or disabled, it's not my fault. |
