Computer help please

I am putting a laptop hard drive into an enclosure I bought at COMPusa. As you can see, the pins don't line up. Is there any way I can make this work? Or do I need to buy another one? Thanks.

those extra pins are for jumpers.... you'll be ok. The black doesn't go over those last pins in your pic.
