theres a group in toronto that does these.. theyre gymnasts/breakdancers hence the flexibility, strength and agility. definitely amazing though.

i think they started a school.. join if u want.. i just dono the group's name

I was a gymnast in high school and the only things I do are backflips everywhere. That stuff he's doing is effin nuts.

Hell, I can't even get out of a chair (anymore) without risking an injury. Sometimes I wake up in pain, and can't remember what I did to cause it.

heh, me too, and i'm only 21...

that's what 12 years of soccer and 4 years of gymnastics does though. Lots of tendinitis and arthritic pain. boo-urns to that.

I just remembered they did a documentary on this kind of stuff on TLC or Discovery Channel a few months back. It was really cool to see it all.
