ake sure that both the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are off.
Passwords are case sensitive! Please verify that you are using the correct password by requesting your Photobucket user information. This will email your current password to the email address that is registered with your account. Forgotten Password (http://photobucket.com/forgotten.php) Check that your browser is set to accept all cookies. Then, try clearing all cookies. Please see the following for details on enabling cookies in your browser: Cookies (http://www.google.com/cookies.html) Please try clearing your browser's cache or temporary internet files. Please see the following for details in clearing cache in your browser’s settings: Cache (http://www.google.com/search?q=browser+cache) Go to http://photobucket.com/ and enter your username and password into the appropriate boxes. Click the ‘log in’ button. You should now be logged in. Please check for a ‘login’ link in the upper right hand corner of the page above the blue bar. If you see that, click it and enter your username and password again. If you see ‘logout’, you are currently logged in. Your Photobucket album and the Photobucket message boards are completely separate. Be sure you are using the username and password for your Photobucket account. Add the Photobucket site to your list of ‘Allowed’ sites. You may need to consult the ‘Help’ for your browser to determine how to add photobucket.com to the list of ‘Allowed’ sites. In most cases, it will be in the browser’s privacy or security settings. Have you ever been able to log in to Photobucket from this computer or using this browser? Have you changed any security settings on your computer recently or added any browser extensions? Firewalls and anti-virus software need to allow photobucket.com and browser security setting should be at 'medium'. You may need to consult the ‘Help’ provided with your browser for details on viewing and/or changing the current security level. You may also want to run anti-spyware like the free download AdAware, or check that any popup-ad blocking software you have is not interfering with your accessing our site. AOL uses proxy servers and normal sessions do not always work right. To fix: AOL: settings -> essentials -> internet options -> privacy ... drag the bar to the bottom to where it says accept all cookies. |
