Car Wreck: Van ends up in a Wendy's fast food place

It was about 9:30 PM and I was driving home. There was a van infront of me, and an SUV infront of that. All of a sudden, the van made a quick movement toward the center lane. I thought that maybe the van had missed his turn in to the store. That thought quickly changed when he ran over the curb at Sonic (a fast food place) and then ran over a second curb at Wendy's (another fast food place) and ultimately ended up crashing into the corner of the Wendy's. The van had struck the rear of the SUV and lost control. The corner of the Wendy's collapsed on the front of the van and shattered the windshield. No one was seriously hurt, but the man driving the van was taken to the hospital because his face was bleeding because of the steering wheel. I filled out a witness statement and left. I was the only witness to the accident also. That's all I know as of now. I'm not sure of why the van hit the SUV because the guy never said anything because of the police trying to clean him up.

To try and help make this incident clearer, I made a video in Flash:

UPDATE:
Well, I had to run up to the store, so I stopped by the Wendy's to take a couple pics. They're not the greatest but oh well. The damage looks alot less in the pictures, especially without the van. And you can't see it in these pics, but it does go all the way through, but they've patched it up on the inside.

Totally random, nice job with the animation, definitely helped.
And btw, I think we all know what Wendy's is and Sonic for that matter (and we don't have those in Canada)

Well, I wanted to make sure everyone was sure of what I was tlaking about.

Well, I had to run up to the store, so I stopped by the Wendy's to take a couple pics. They're not the greatest but oh well. The damage looks alot less in the pictures, especially without the van. And you can't see it in these pics, but it does go all the way through, but they've patched it up on the inside.
