Don't really understand the whole "rep" thing, can someone explain it to me, or give me the link to the thread that does explain it...Sorry for being a noobie, you can slap me later..

I don't really get it either...all I know is +rep means somone says something nice and neg rep means someone didn't like something you said. Other than that...I am not sure.
