This is a webcam shot from a few years ago:

And here is one of me paddling through New Orleans a few days after Katrina in a boat I made (I know, I'm hardcore):

Ditto what skittles said SI-R...a very sincere thanks for your sacrifice. Glad to see you made it back healthy.

Alright, I'll put myself out there...at the risk of getting absolutely buried by everyone. This pic was taken last Sunday at my gym. I'm two weeks removed from my first amateur natural bodybuilding contest, which was May 20 in Pittsburgh. I do some personal training on the side in addition to my real job.

From what I'm being told, this pic or another very similar to it will be used in an upcoming strength and conditioning book that is being written by a pretty well-known (in the strength training and bodybuilding world, that is) strength coach who is based in Tucson.

Oh yeah, the other pic is my car...but you probably already realized that.

The majority of doctors don't know shyte about the benefits of lifting weights...or even being healthy for that matter...they're in the business of pushing prescriptions. Take a look at your average doctor....overweight? good chance...overworked...yep....stressed to the max...check.

My doc needs to lose about 50-60 lbs. easily.

In all honesty, I hesitated to post that pic...not sure it's appropriate for this site, but it's me, and it really is the most recent one that I have of myself....AND I just bought a new Si.

Been working out pretty religiously for more than 20 years...but I don't necessarily even do it for the physical benefit anymore...with two little kids running around my house, I have to have an outlet...it clears my head. I've done my share of partying in a previous life. You name the substance, and I can assure you that I experimented with it and in some cases, borderline abused it.
