Building website with Shopping Cart

Hey guys/girls, I am in desperate need to build a website with a shopping cart intergrated into it. I was wondering who would help me do this without me having to spend hundreds, if not thousands for someone else to do it for me. I know there are templates out there already made, I just need help customizing it. My prefered shopping cart in ZenCart. Thanks!
