Vegas - suggestions for bars/clubs/buffet/other entertainment & attractions??

Hi everyone,

I'm leaving to Vegas in 12 hours. I'd like to get some suggestions on any popular bars/clubs/entertainment/attractions that I should hit up while in Vegas. Any suggestions for great buffets? I would appreciate your input. Thanks!

Wow, that list could depend entirely on how debaucherous your predilections are.

Great buffets:

• RIO Seafood Buffet
• Bellagio Seafood Buffet

Generally good "Around the world" buffets:

• Orlenes
• Most "Station" Casinos

"Outdoor" things to see:

• Red Rock Canyon
• Valley of Fire
• Hoover Dam
• Various rides on top of the Stratosphere Tower (if you can stand it...)
• Well, that list ran out fast...

Clubs:

• Ask someone else.

Shows:

• Mystere
• "O"
• KA
• Blue Man Group (dated, but still good if you have not seen it)

And, of course, since it is Sin City:

823 Topless and totally nude bars with the best imported dancers money can buy. From the 'nice' to the "should I have brought my gun" in area, demographic, and quality.

Thanks for the great info Janizary! I was thinking about hitting up the rides on top of Stratosphere too... and possibilily some nudy bars =P

cheap table~~~~casino royale~~~ they start at 3-5$
cheap drink ~~~~O'shea~~~~~~~they are 1$
good scene~~~~emperial palace~~all dealers are dressed up as someone famous

all next to each other on the strip

Orleans FTW overall!

You can shoot various machine guns at "The Gun Store"--about 3 miles off the strip. I highly recommend it.

There's just way too much to list. I've been to Vegas so many times that I just gamble and drink when I go now. Mostly at the Orleans. Strip casinos, in general suck ass--prices are high.

Le Village Buffet @ paris = the best but $$$

tropicana = best for the buck

Go to the new WYNN Hotel and watch Cirque du Soleil's La Reve. It's a fantastic show, and when you show your ticket to Guest Services, you get a $35 credit towards gambling!

IMO, La Reve > O

"The Gun Store" rocks. A little pricey, but worth it.


And if you go to the top of the stratosphere, dont ride the roller coaster, just do the other ride twice. Its pretty awesome at night. The roller coaster kind of sucks.
