ok--it's officially valentines day and I still haven't gotten a card for the hubby.

He's gotten me a card from him, my girls, and bought me chocolate. I do this all the time--I mean we got married on tax day so I would remember (why would I remember tax day you ask? cuz the news puts out reminders the whole week before the day about "time to file taxes, IRS getting lots of calls, post offices will stay open late tomorrow for tax day etc.) BTW, I've forgotten our anniversary too. I absolutely suck at dates -- I wished him a happy birthday one year and it wasn't even his birthday. Oh well, looks like I'll be out early tomorrow to pick up Krispy Kreme donuts and a card.

I'm sure this will cost me big time--course my advantage is that my birthday is only 2 days before valentines so I'm milking that

This morning she found a card with a gift certificate for $500 of spa/salon/shopping inside.

Yeah, I'm mean, but it was fun to see the look on her face
