I CANT SLEEP!!!!

ive been working the midnight(10:30pm-10:30am) shift for the past monthish and now that im on days(10:30am-10:30pm) i have trouble adapting to the schedule...

I've been awake for about 19+ hours, and I'll be wearing the same stinky clothes all day tomorrow. Yuck. Thinking about that makes me stay awake.

You should relax and think of peaceful things.

Geezersi.. Take your clothes off and make the shower a laundry place lol..

my problem is that i have to be up and rested for another 12 hour shift tomarrow.... and its snowing, so its going to be a looooong day tomarrow with tons of accident reports to write :-(

I got 4hrs last night.... and I've been up for 16hrs

I've got to get up in 6 hours. Will everythiing be dry by then. I have to walk several blocks tomorrow, and it is freakin' cold here. I don't want to be freezing anything off at this point in my life.

I've got to be up in 6 hours as well. I suffer from insomnia a lot... If I have an early shift or school assignment, exam or test, I generally can't sleep.

i never slept when i was in college... never really did homework either... its a miracle i made it out alive and with a degree.
