with all the supplements and stuff I take, it is recommended that I drink at least 120 ounces a day, which is roughly 4 liters. I tend to drink between 4-6 liters a days. It's easy because I carry around a 1 liter water bottle to track my progress throughout the day

not near as much as I should. I hate water. No flavor. I only drink about 3 8 oz. glasses per day.

A 2-liter bottle per day is good for you. We buy two-liter plastic bottles of Kroger Sparkling Water with lemon-lime flavor...good 'n' cheap at $0.69 per.

Remember that wine is 88%-85% water, beer is ~95% water...every bit counts.

On a busy day at work I've figured out I drink well over 100 ounces of water.

I'm a server so I need the water to keep my throat from getting dry.

Let's just say when the rush is over, I have a very satisfying trip to the bathroom.

One of my co-workers came up with a drink called the "Kari-Ann". It's water with a splash of pink lemonade. Doesn't have that bitterness of real lemon.

I drink lots of beer and it consists mostly of water. So I would say I drink at least 40 ounces of water per day.

Not trying to be a smart a** but 120 ounces is almsot 4 quarts. 4 quarts in a gallon and 128 ounces is in a gallon.

4-5 20oz bottles per day at work, 2-3 more at home. So, 120-160oz per day.

Just take your water bottle with you everywhere you go, and sip on it often.

Then fill it when its empty.

Several times a day.

I really only drink milk, juice and "high quality H20". I've always drank 2% milk for Calcium, but I drink more water than juice because of the sugars.
