Well by god i did today. i had taken my car to a new shop two hours away from here. long story short. i had given them a 30 TEMP TAG so they could drive around bc my regular plates have expired and i cant pass echeck yet. well anyways the temp tag is expiring on the 19. i told the shop u have 7 days to have the car in working order and was ready for a 200 mile trip and can pass echeck.

is it just me or are there like no performance shops around that work fast.

i mean shit, get a job, finish, GET FREAKING PAID. how hard is it. obviously VERYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

everyone actually makes fun of this guy on is300.net. He actually had his car in the shop for almost 8 MONTHS! Less than 2 weeks after he got his car back he took it to the track. He ended up losing control of the car about 3/4 of the way down the track and planted it into the wall at over 100mph.

Needless to say - the car was dead. lol. Everyone gives that guy such a hard time because he never really got to drive his car after it was in the shop so long. And of course, all of his work/mods - down the toilet.

He did the GTE - supra bottom end, turbo, custom piping, cams, and a lot more.
