roadtrip!!

alright guys i started my trip from los angeles to new jersey today.

if you see me post it here!
ill be on the I40 most of the way until i hit TN then ill shoot north through virginia.

sprayed most of the car with duplicolor sheild

update!
day one - friday
left socal around 1:30 pm. being how socal is there was sooo much traffic, the 15 was packed.
LA -> Barstow -> Needles -> Flagstaff AZ
around 450 miles

day two/three - saturday,sunday
probably the worst day ever
left flagstaff az around 11am
record snowfall in new mexico meant the 40 was closed from albuquerque to the texas state line.
we were behind the plow going 10 mph for a good 4 hours.
was supposed to stop in amarillo tx but there was a jw convention going on in that city so we couldnt get a room
i just said screw it and pulled an all nighter and drove to elk city, ok.
got there at around 4am :\
we were so tired that we spent saturday and sunday night there.
Flagstaff az -> gallup nm -> albuquerque nm -> Tucumcari nm -> amarillo tx -> elk city ok
around 760 miles.

day 4 monday
best day so far
left elk city around 10:30am
headed to oklahoma city, no bad weather.
switched over to the 44 in ok city and headed towards missouri.
elk city ok ->tulsa ok -> springfield mo -> st louis -> plainfield in (around 10 miles from indianaplois)
around 860 miles

Be careful between Albuquerque and Amarillo, Tx.... I think that snow storm that just passed dumped alot of fresh powder in that area.

from duplicolor... "Shield, from Dupli-Color, provides temporary spray-on protection for your vehicle where bugs and road grime can do damage. It’s ideal for the front end, rear quarter panel and rocker panels. Spray on Shield as a temporary bra for long road trips, quick mud flaps or as a bug guard. Shield sprays on easily and dries in less than a minute. And best of all, it stays on until you wash it off. You can power wash it off or use soap and water. Rain, snow or moisture in the air won’t affect it. This product leaves no residue on a vehicle’s paint. Give your vehicle the protection that it deserves with Shield."
