I have a Traxxas S-Maxx, its basically a T-Maxx with 2WD and without reverse. I chose that because it's a lower profile than the T-Maxx and because it's only rear wheel drive. Personally I've had great luck with the aftermarket support of Traxxas trucks, I'd tell ya to go that way.

I have a Kyosho RC car & a Kyosho monster truck. I can't get the engines in either of them to start... haven't had much time to figure them out. I am new to RC. I got them for 20% of the retail price since a customer of our company is right next door to their U.S. Corporate offices.

I recommend changing the glow plug, it's probably fouled About 4 bucks. Glow plugs i change every month or less anyway and I change the piston and sleeve every year

people knock the 2.5's a lot...if you break them in right they run like champs...mine i can leave sitting for months at a time and then go put fuel in and go and its like its always kept on....its great...i have used OS engine as well and can't seem to get equivalent performance...can't seem to get the engines into upper rpms....its been the same with other peoples OS but the trx .15 the 2.5 both are great to work with...no experience with the new engine though...any input?

from what i have heard the 3.3 is to big for the likes of the jato..its hard enough to keep the front end down right now the way it is...even small little bumps get the front tires in the air the power takes over and your upside down....its fun though
