Wow. Was that for Calif.? I would certainly hate to live there. Both the Si (with the new add ons) and my Jeep would be illegal to operate. Cripes, I have more $$ under the hood of the jeep than the vehicle is worth.

How do folks get away with lowering, intakes, exhaust, etc. in a state like that?

If your mods are C.A.R.B. exempt or C.A.R.B. pending, they can't do sh*t about it and you can tell them to stick it in their Nookie. Keep all certificates in your glove box. Intakes should have a C.A.R.B. number either etched in them or placed in a visible area.

Cops think they're smart. You just have to smarter.
