Oh yeah. I find myself relating to people in New Orleans very much this year. When they were all calling Katrina a b1tch! That is what I'm calling 2006, fuk that lady! I had to shut down my company, then take a regular job for another company. After a year of looking for a house for a year I bought one. 5 days after I got the keys the CEO calls an all employee meeting telling us to pick up our last check, company is closed for good! I had only spent 6 weeks there and while going through the month of paperwork to get the house I asked my manager everyday if the company was solid. He got tired of hearing it and told me not to worry about it. Damn! I've only worked 3 months this year, the rest of the year has been f'in stress.

I had to sell my motorcycle that I spent $23k on as well as a few hundred hours building it, had to also sell my RTL w/Nav, and now I get to cash out my IRA! What fun!
Jacked up my left knee lifting weights, as well as 2 ribs while working out, no insurance so I'm dealing with it until I get another position with medical. The house has had a little over 3k in repairs in the 4 months that I've been here.
I mean I couldn't invent this $hit!

Sorry for the rant...I'm as tired of this year as you are. At least I have a gig to play on NYE opening up for my boys, and I should be playing in Europe this time next year. I was supposed to play the Fabric in March but got screwed out of that as well My booking agent felt sorry for all the $hit I've been through this year and bought me a UREI. I guess it ain't all bad

Other than purchasing the Si and the new job, nothing exciting for me in '06

2006 has by far been the best learning experience year i've ever had.....not that anyone cares but i've grown soo much this year as a person more than any other year b4 this.....yeah i had a few big bumps to get over but that's what made me stronger.....sorry if everyone else didn't have a good year.....but i know that 2007 is gonna be a great year for me to grow even more with what i've learned this year.....and i hope that nobody thinks too hard on the bad parts of 06 and they just look forward to 07 being a better year

Why you hate Cali? Besides the fact you cant go anywhere without getting jumped, the smog, smog regulations, people got guns and shoot for no reason, and........aw **** it yea it does suck, kinda. Somthing about it I still love though. But yea 06 was same old here to but for some reason I really did not like it. Hoping 07 will be better.
