Acronyms and Abbreviated Words

Sorry to post this and excuse this if it's a duplicate but I have been on here and have seen a million Acronyms and Abbreviated Words that I’m not so sure I understand all the terms. First off is “FTW” is this WTF but just backward? Maybe someone can come up with a quick user’s dictionary for us old folk! Just joking but not really. TTYL

zomg = variation of "oh my god" (z doesn't stand for anything)
ftt = for the tie
teh = the
noob = newbie
pwned = owned
stfu = shut the f up
fyt = f u too
fytp = f u too pal

fxu = female extension unit a.k.a. girlfrien
fwoosy = fuzzy and whooshy

Is it really that hard or time consuming to type a few three letter words that we have to have a bunch of stupid acronyms?

I think i spend more time guessing what half the population here is trying to say than actually understanding it...
