I don't know if you're joking or not. Look at the airbag - if you know anything about air bags - they deflate basically immediatly upon coming out.

Indeed, very fake. Aside from the deflation issue, the inflation is much too slow, there's no "debris" from the airbag, the sound isn't natural, the man's reaction is too mild, the woman looks far too stereotypical, and the "sleeping-startled-awake" thing is both horribly cliche in comedy routines and overacted on her part.
