Help with music library

I have a fairly large music collection, 200GB+ and I'm having a heck of a time trying to organize/sort/remove duplicates

I Have tried using itunes, copying to itunes music folder which is also set to my music folder, but now I have a million duplicates, and no easy way to remove them. What does everyone else use to organize and play music out of their library?

How much of those 200GB do you listen to? I have 40 gigs and I hardly listen to 95% of it. I only listen to the newest stuff I have.

I personally use iTunes w/ playlists. All the playlists I create are very recent and sometimes I'll just scrap it out and start new ones.
