Anyone interested in a Slim/Cut/Bulk contest?
So after seeing the Chest/Arms thread, I think some of us could use a little help. Here is the idea... Post a picture of yourself as you look today. Make sure you take the picture holding a newspaper so we know you are not cheating. State whether your goal is to Slim down, Get cut, or bulk up. Post your weight as well. We can run the contest for 6, 12, or 18 weeks. The we will take a picture and see who had the most improvement. This can be open to girls and boys. I figure we can help each other out with diet and excercise advice. Basically, let's use this as an opportunity to help eachother get in better shape.
One rule..... no negetive comments about people who choose to participate. Let's make this a helpful, positive expirience! Once we finalize the contest rules and time length, we can strt to submit. (example) 1. Corpsman 165lbs Goal Bulk/cut to 170lbs |

I'm down for this. I have actually been going to the gym for about a month now trying to bulk. I am 5'10ish, 165 pounds and my goal by next year is to get to 185. I did the bulking up, now I'm working on the cut...get your asses to the gym. We can't be fat civic drivers.

this is probably one fo the most helpful threads started on here. not only do we have other ppl doing this with us and helping us out with advise and stuff. but we get to kinda compete against each other, not in a negative way tho.
i'm down. current status: weight: 210-215 height: 5'10" Goal: slim slightly/get RIPPED i'll post a pix when we actually start this thing. we need a format and some rules to be set first. |

This is my 3rd year working out so if you need any help getting stronger, let me know.
A good way to get stronger is to compete with someone. If you wanna get stronger and bigger, use heavy weights. If you wanna get cut, use lighter wieghts but a lot of reps. Currently - 230 lb, 5'7", kinda bulky Goal - Lose some weight and get alittle more cut. |
