How can I tell which person gave me negative rep?

go to users CP left hand corner and look all the way to the bottem.....it will be red

grey rep is when someone who hasnt been around long enough to give rep (some number of posts or something) gives you rep, it doesnt count though.

You give rep by clicking the scale icon under the users name in the post
