Hey everyone... The Holiday seasons are once again here!! I figured that since most of us have become friends we should do a Secret Santa.
The rules will be
* You spend $15 no more, or less to be fair.

* We'll make a list of the people who wish to participate. Copy the list then add yours in your post. Then E-Mail(No PM because I don't want my PM box to get full and miss someone's address) me with your address which will be kept confidential with the exception of the person who is chosen to be your Santa. And PLEASE POST YOUR USER NAME IN THE SUBJECT. Double check the address you send me. I will copy and paste it to the member that will be buying your gift to assure no error on my part.
My E-Mail is HazelHaze05@aol.com Make sure you include your member name with your address. It would also be helpful to your santa if you'd please include a few of your non-civic interests along with your address.

* I will put each participating members name on a piece of paper. And names will be pulled to decide who you will be purchasing a gift for.

* All members wanting to join in will need to have their names posted by December 1st.

* All packages must be sent out by December 11th

Yes, I know December 1st is still a few weeks from Christmas but that's the point. Not everyone celebrates Christmas so to be fair this will be a Holiday thing. Also the send out date by the 11th is to avoid people being busy with all of the other distractions closer to the holidays.

Hope to see tons of people wanting to joining in on this :)
Also if you put your name on the list and decide this is not something you want to do please let me know so we can be fair to everyone. I can't stress enough. If you agree to do this please make sure you follow all rules and actually do send out your gift!!!!

OK since this is moved to the water cooler I need to add some rules. To participate you must have at least 100 post and have been a member for 3 months. Sorry if this offends anyone this is to protect members and assure people plan on staying around the forum and will participate.

I would say no the $15 does not include shipping :) Think we should make the present $10 to make it cheaper I'm open to suggestions this is for everyoneeee not just me :) I also wanted a way to be able to add non VIP members that are active on 8th that would want to participate. But, I didn't know how to filter out the newbies that would just play games. So I decided to put it in VIP. Any suggestions on that?

suggestion from another forum i did this on: When it gets to be time to send in addresses, people should also state some of their non-civic interests. It helps when you are choosing a gift.
