^no bad idea will think wife is filipino(Inside joke) any way give her what she really wants love. Spend more time with her and make her feel special. Gifts do not always come wrapped. But if it must be wrapped i suggest bringing her to a shopping center and observing items she is contemplating buying and buy it later on for her.

You're single aren't you? If you've been dating for that long, your guaranteed to get her in bed just about all the time. Here's some ideas for you. First off, I have been with my g/f now for 4 years. Never in those 4 years have I bought here any form of jewelery, any purse, etc etc. Here's why. All that shit is predictable. Now i'm sure girls will come in here and say "but we still like to get it." That is besides the point. It's a cop out in my opinion. It's like "oh shit, i need to get her something... well off to the jewelery store I go." What i tend to do for presents are vacations and things of that nature. Last Christmas I bought us Cirque Du Soleil tickets for a show in Philly in June. We took a day trip to Philly, caught the show and some great dinner. We made sure to take plenty of pictures. If your girl is into theater or something then i suggest tickets to a play or opera. And try to find a show that requires you to spent the day/night there. I don't refuse to do jewelery because i find it too expensive. Generally after the tickets, gas for car or plane tickets), and hotel. It equals out to about how much you'd spend on a piece of metal for her eats/arms/neck. |

You guys gotta ease up. The LV joke was just a lil humour.
![]() How long have you gone out with your girlfriend? What kind of person is she i.e. sentimental? I folded 1000 stars for my ex a few years ago and put it in a custom glass jar.

EWWWWWWwwww!!!Louis Vuitton is tacky and it's only purpose is to represent for women what spinners and 24" wheels represent for men. Ick. Jewelry is touchy if you're thinking about that. No rings, don't get necklaces you see on special in the Sunday paper inserts. Necklaces are nice take your sister with you to get one. If you don't have a sister, get another girl in her age group that you're related to to help you. Bracelets are even better. Gift cards are kind of iffy. Look at what she likes clothes wise. If there is a sweater she likes and has been ogling over get it. Unless she's really tiny, get it in a small. If she's bigger than a medium, get a medium. Don't forget a gift receipt.

Better know your girlfriend's size before you buy something.
I had a friend who bought a sweater for one of our friends and she got so pissed when it was large w/ no gift receipt. I didn't even want to go near her with a 10 foot pole!

Worst gift ideas ever! I would punch my b/f if I got anything like that. Best gift I ever got was a gorgeous bracelet from my boy, oh and the diamond earrings of course. I also think a trip is a good idea. A night out in a nearby city...elegant dinner reservations with tickets to a show...that's always romantic. |

BAH to jewelery. It's so thoughtless. It's not difficult to go out and buy a few diamonds. Hell the store even puts them in a box for you. I think it's a cop out for boyfriends who aren't creative. When i first started dating my girlfriend I told her that she will never get jewelery, flowers, or chocolate. Now this doesn't mean that I havn't bought her any. Buy those things for no reason and give them to her when there's no reason to.
There's plenty of thoughtful things one can do to make a girl happy. |

A gift card for a local aftermarket shop since we are all modders here in a way.
music CDs, IPOD (if they don't already have one. A deadly killer would be jewelry related but nothing to old feeling I visited a website in another topic from here www.bicowave.com I already added some of those selections to my wish list and YES YODUM is right!!! know their size! the last thing you want is making us cry by getting the wrong size. |
