I have 21 days till our cruise trip to Cozumel, Mexico.
Why does it feel so darn far away!??!?!
![]() This will be my first cruise EVER and going to Cozumel. 5 days trip away from reality and enjoy the scenery. I'm really excited, hehe. I just wanted to share. Anyone ever been on a cruise before or what should I do before-hand? Any tips? Thanks in advance.

At first the size of the ship and all it has to offer will be amazing, I was impressed. I had never seen a ship that big in real life before, It is only cool and interesting for about a day or two, then very repetative. The ports are what made it worth while, so many cool thing to do. The best part about the ship is you can eat anytime you want, day or night. In retrospect I would have spent my money going to just one place for a week or two.

I have been there with my family through the Disney Cruise, what was cool was that when we were there President Fox was on the very same harbor because he was commisioning the rebuilding of the port. Be sure to go snorkling because the water is crystal blue. and yes acruise does get boring when you can do anything you want its boring. But yea the night life is very good the food is good too.

Went on a Caribbean cruise last year in the summer on Royal Caribbean. It was pretty bomb; people from all over, beautiful ports, and food. LOTS of food. Surprisingly, I actually lost 2 lbs during my cruise; their gym was pretty awesome.

Cozumel? Cozumel was okay. Nothing interesting like Jamaica or Cayman Islands. Just don't steal anything or do something stupid. The military roams the streets with M16s and in humvees, lol. Once you do something out of jurisdiction of the U.S., you're scarred. No one can help you if you get locked up. I'm assuming you're going on the Carnival cruiselines?

Dang! Don't rain on this girl's parade! I really needed a vacation, lolz. We got an ocean view room and it was a good deal for five days. I don't plan on going snorkeling because I won't do it. I can't swim, rofl. I think once we get to Cozumel, we might be hitting up the ATVs and ride around.
