You and your friend should go to the chiropractor or you might end up with pains later on, go for about 2 months or so also get a lawyer and sue him it shouldnt cost you anything until you get money from them it be worth your time ive gotten like 8 grand before for having an accident with a drunk driver my car was totalled but i just got a few bruises you should probably get alot more than that.

Sorry to hear about that. I hope they nail that guy with every possible charge they can dig up.

But the important thing is that you and your friend are okay. Cars can be replaced - people can't.

And the doctor advice is good to follow. You'll probably be sore in a few days after the shock wears off. Get the best medical care you can for yourself and your friend.

Ouch,

Sorry to hear that friend. I know what it feels like to see crazy drivers on the road, but thainkfully I haven't been hit like that. A few months ago when my car was new, someone tried a similar act, so I just pulled on to a side street and parked, waited til he left. He crashed into someone else soon after - also forcing people to the side of the road and stopping. He even went against traffic a few times.

Insurance should cover it all, but get some rest and try to forget this guy.

but yeah I dont think that the front airbags didnt go off because of the damage.. it seems that they wouldnt have helped you I think.. doesnt seem like you had much concentrated impact.

geez... that's a lot of damage... i'm soo glad to hear nobody was seriously hurt... that guy deserves to be put in jail...

rest assured dude, your ride will be covered under insurance... the lady was nice enough to chase down that guy and call the cops... you have your witness...

the bags didn't go off probably because the sensors realized that there wasn't enough impact to need the bags to go off....
